All recommendations, opinions, assessments, audits, and technical guidance provided by DEKTOD are based on the information supplied by the client and on the consultant's professional experience, technical knowledge, and best judgment at the time of engagement.

DEKTOD and DMA212 make no guarantees regarding specific operational, financial, maintenance, warranty, reliability, efficiency, or performance outcomes. Recommendations are provided for advisory purposes only. The final responsibility for implementation, procurement decisions, lubricant selection, maintenance practices, equipment operation, and compliance with applicable regulations remains solely with the client.

DEKTOD acts as an independent advisory practice and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any lubricant manufacturer, OEM, distributor, supplier, or commercial organization unless explicitly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMA212 and DEKTOD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of, reliance upon, or implementation of any recommendation, report, assessment, or advisory service provided.

DEKTOD does not provide advisory services, consultations, audits, retainers, or technical recommendations to individuals, companies, organizations, or entities operating in the following jurisdictions:

• Montenegro
• Serbia
• Hungary
• North Macedonia
• Kosovo
• Albania
• Bulgaria

Any inquiry, booking, payment, or engagement originating from these jurisdictions may be declined, cancelled, and refunded at the sole discretion of DMA212 and DEKTOD.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking a consultation, paying a deposit, engaging an advisory retainer, or otherwise using DEKTOD services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
